The park preserves the former estate of Jack London, encompassing the historic Wolf House, London’s gravesite, and the Beauty Ranch, where he pursued his agricultural interests. Visitors can explore London’s writing cottage, stroll through scenic vineyards, and witness the ruins of the Wolf House, which tragically burned down before its completion. The park also features well-maintained trails that lead to picturesque vistas, a very popular area for birding, biking, hiking, and mountain biking.nWe will be meeting at the pinned location at 9:45 am and departing promptly at 10:00 am. Don’t miss out on this lovely hike for fall! n**Parking Lot Fee:** A parking permit of $10 is required.n**Be Prepared:** Please wear layered clothing, sturdy and comfortable shoes/boots, sunscreen and/or hat. Bring snacks, plenty of water, and a good attitude!
