This Park is home to some of the oldest and tallest Redwoods in the world and is a good place to immerse ourselves in nature. We want to experience lower stress and reconnect with nature, therefore we try to bathe our senses with natural stimulation, an approach to practicing mindfulness.nn**Parking information:** Please park at the parking lot of San Lorenzo Valley High School and there is no fee.nn**Be prepared:** Wear hiking boots/shoes, sunscreen, layered clothing, water, and snacks.
