Rating: Moderate Difficulty: 5 out of 10 This hike is an enjoyable jaunt around the less visited southern part of Stevens creek county park. It features expansive views of the surrounding hillsides as well as typical fauna found among the lovely oak covered hillsides. Coyotes are frequently seen in the park. Most of the trails are well maintained fire roads, and about 70% of the hike is in the shade. We will take a short break about half way through the hike. Be Prepared: Please prepare with layered clothing, sunscreen and/or hat, sturdy hiking shoes/boots and at least two liters of water. There is an outhouse at the trailhead but no water. Poles are recommended.nnThings to note: Your attendance implies your consent to be in the photos and videos. Dogs are not allowed on the trail.
