There’s also a small education center (museum-style) where you can learn about the park’s plants and wildlife. It’s a calm\, pretty place to stretch your legs without going far from town. \nWe’ll get started at 7:30 am. Please come a few minutes early to find parking\, enjoy the cool morning air\, and say hello before we head out. \n  \nNote \n\nWe intend to go to a local restaurant in Redwood City for brunch after the hike.\nFor your comfort and safety\, we recommend wearing pants and long-sleeved clothing to help protect against sun exposure and potential insect bites. Don’t forget sunscreen and/or a hat for added sun protection.\nDogs and other pets are not allowed.\nDo not forget to bring your positive attitude!\n\n  \nParking \nThere two parking lots. The first one is closer to the main road but farther away from the trailhead.
