With an elevation gain of 554 feet\, this hike offers stunning coastal views and a gentle challenge\, making it accessible to participants of all abilities.nnThis event is specially designed to focus on the intersection of mental health and invisible illnesses such as celiac disease and other autoimmune and gastrointestinal issues. Hiking in nature provides a great opportunity for individuals to unwind\, connect with themselves\, and temporarily escape the everyday challenges of dietary and lifestyle restrictions.nnWe welcome everyone\, especially those affected by celiac disease\, IBS\, or other chronic conditions\, to join us for a mindful and supportive walk.
